Before founding Steersman and partnering with Antal International, Mr. Rajat Mukerjei was a prominent Business Head and Thought Leader in the IT, Manufacturing, Cement, and Chemicals industries. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, DU, Mr. Mukerjei served as the CIO of DCM Shriram Ltd and led businesses in PVC, Plastics, and Cement for nearly four decades. He also held the position of CEO at Amity Software Ltd. for 5 years.
Mr. Mukerjei’s extensive experience across various sectors enables him to deliver strategic, innovative, and customised solutions to both clients and candidates. His leadership is distinguished by expertise in business planning and management, turnaround strategies, expansion and project management, sales and marketing, and new business development.
Mr. Rajat Mukerjei’s extensive experience of over 4 decades, deep network of industry experts, and ability to collaborate effectively with professionals across all business levels are the driving forces behind Steersman (Antal International Delhi)’s vision and process.
